OUAC offers, university enrolment and OSAP student-loan notifications: delivery to Canadian students

Hundreds of thousands of applicants move through the Ontario Universities' Application Centre (OUAC) and provincial application centres each cycle. Universities issue offers and enrolment notices; OSAP and provincial student-aid programs manage loan disbursements. 4notify delivers OUAC offer decisions, enrolment notifications and OSAP disbursement reminders by SMS, push and email.

Preamble

Section 1 — Pursuant to provincial post-secondary education statutes and the operating frameworks of the application centres and student-aid programs, this Proclamation governs the delivery of higher-education notifications.

OSAP disbursement reminder

OSAP and provincial loan disbursements get a start-of-term reminder; residence allocation uses a QR-coded acceptance.
