Preamble

Section 1 — Pursuant to the Education and Training Act 2020 and the Student Loan Scheme Act 2011, this Pānui is issued concerning the delivery of tertiary-education notices.

University / NZQA event subscription

4notify ingests enrolment and results events from the provider side; enrolment confirmation, NZQA results and hall allocation are normalised.

Two-channel critical-decision delivery

Results day: push (instant) + SMS (2 min fallback) + email (5 min fallback).

StudyLink reminder

StudyLink allowance and loan-instalment reminders at the start of each period; hall-of-residence allocation with a QR acceptance.
