Admission, matriculation and scholarship notices: delivery to NUS, NTU, SMU, SUTD and the polytechnic candidate

Each admission cycle tens of thousands of students apply to the autonomous Singapore universities — the National University of Singapore (NUS), Nanyang Technological University (NTU), the Singapore Management University (SMU), the Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD), the Singapore Institute of Technology (SIT) and the Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS) — and the five polytechnics. 4notify delivers admission outcomes, matriculation reminders and scholarship notices over SMS, push and email.

Whereas, in exercise of the powers conferred by the Education Act and the autonomous-university framework, the present Bulletin is hereby published concerning the delivery of higher-education notifications.

MOE scholarships, the President's Scholars Programme and bond reminders are sent at the start of each month; hostel offers accept via a QR-coded confirmation page.
