Australians receive billions of parcels each year: Australia Post (the universal postal carrier), StarTrack, Aramex, CouriersPlease and others. 4notify normalises carrier-side parcel events into a single envelope schema and delivers out-for-delivery, delivered and collection-point alerts with SMS keywords (CHANGE, POINT).

Preamble

Section 1 — Pursuant to the Australian Postal Corporation Act 1989 (Cth) and the carrier agreements between the parcel networks and the consignor, this Gazette is issued in respect of the normalisation and delivery of parcel events.

4notify ingests Australia Post, StarTrack, Aramex and CouriersPlease webhooks and converts them to a single envelope.

Collection-point pre-authorisation

A customer SMS reply (POINT YES) is captured and relayed to the carrier API before delivery is attempted.

Out-for-delivery window

A two-hour delivery window opens with a 60-minute lead alert; a one-tap reschedule link is included.

Delivered + photo proof

Delivery confirmation carries a photo-proof URL where the carrier supports it; 28-day envelope retention applies.
