Frequently asked questions
How fast are disruption alerts?

P50 latency from the TfNSW open-data source to the customer's phone is under 90 seconds; the PTV feed may be slower upstream.

Can Linkt alerts be set up without owning the vehicle?

Yes — fleet operators and car-rental companies subscribe by plate; individuals subscribe with their own plate.
