Nigeria moves millions of parcels a year across the universal postal operator NIPOST, the inter-state network GIG Logistics, the on-demand dispatch app Kwik and a dense last-mile rider economy. 4notify normalises carrier-side events into a single envelope schema and delivers out-for-delivery, delivered and pickup-point notices with SMS keywords (CHANGE, PICKUP).

Section 1 — In exercise of the powers conferred by the Nigerian Postal Service Act and the contracts between the delivery networks and the merchant, this Gazette is issued concerning the normalisation and delivery of parcel events.

Carrier webhook normalisation

4notify ingests webhooks from NIPOST, GIG Logistics, Kwik and rider platforms and converts them to a single envelope.

Pickup-point pre-confirmation

The customer reply (PICKUP YES) is captured and relayed to the carrier API before the dispatch run.

Delivery-window notice

Sent 60 minutes before the two-hour window opens, with a one-tap rescheduling link.

Delivered + photo proof

Delivery confirmation with a photo proof URL (where the carrier supports it); envelope custody for 28 days.
