Preamble

Whereas, by virtue of the powers vested by the Indian Post Office Act, 1898 and the contracts between the carrier networks and the consignor, this edict is issued upon the normalisation and delivery of parcel events.

Carrier webhook normalisation

4notify ingests webhooks from India Post, Delhivery, Blue Dart, Ekart and the regional couriers and maps them to a single canonical envelope.

Pre-confirmation of pickup point

The customer's reply (PICK YES) is captured and POSTed to the carrier API before the OFD attempt.

Out-for-delivery window

The OFD alert goes out 60 minutes before the two-hour window opens; the reschedule link is one-tap.

04

Delivered + photo proof of delivery

Delivery confirmation with the photo PoD URL (where the carrier supports it); envelope retained for 28 days.
