Preamble

Whereas, by virtue of the powers vested by the University Grants Commission Act, 1956 and the National Testing Agency framework constituted by the Ministry of Education, and in furtherance of the autonomous central institutions established by Acts of Parliament, this edict is issued upon the delivery of higher-education alerts.
