Admission, enrolment and scholarships: UPCAT, ACET, DCAT, USTET and CHED tuition support for the Filipino student

Every year, hundreds of thousands of Filipino students sit the UPCAT for UP, the ACET for Ateneo de Manila, the DCAT for De La Salle and the USTET for the University of Santo Tomas. CHED administers the Universal Access to Quality Tertiary Education Act (RA 10931) and its scholarship pipelines. 4notify delivers admission results, enrolment notices and scholarship reminders by SMS, push and email.

Preamble

Whereas, pursuant to Republic Act No. 7722 (Higher Education Act of 1994), Republic Act No. 10931 (Universal Access to Quality Tertiary Education Act) and the academic autonomy of state universities and colleges, the present Diaryo is issued on the delivery of higher-education notices.
