The Philippines moves hundreds of millions of parcels a year across the universal postal operator PHLPost, the domestic giants LBC Express, JRS Express and 2GO, and the e-commerce courier Ninja Van Philippines. 4notify normalises the carrier-side events into a single canonical envelope and delivers out-for-delivery, delivered and pick-up notices with SMS keywords (RESCHED, PICKUP).

Preamble

Whereas, pursuant to Republic Act No. 7354 (Postal Service Act of 1992), Republic Act No. 7394 (Consumer Act of the Philippines) and the carriage contracts between the carriers and the shipper, the present Diaryo is issued on the normalisation and delivery of parcel events.

Implementation

Carrier webhook normalisation

4notify receives webhooks from PHLPost, LBC, JRS, 2GO and Ninja Van PH and folds them into a single envelope shape.

Pick-up pre-confirmation

The customer's reply (PICKUP YES) is captured and forwarded to the carrier's API ahead of the run.

Delivery-window notice

Sent 60 minutes before a two-hour window opens; one-tap reschedule link to the carrier's portal.

Delivered + photo proof

Delivery confirmation with a photo-proof URL where the carrier supports it; envelope retained for 28 days.
