Cyprus Ship Registry status update notifications

The Republic of Cyprus Ship Registry is the 5th-largest in Europe and 11th worldwide. Shipowners and brokers must stay informed of every status change: annual fee, class-society certificate renewal, flag change, transfer. 4notify provides webhook → email + SMS notifications to authorised agents, with signed receipts for the Department of Merchant Shipping (DMS) records.
