Admissions, enrolment and scholarships: JUPAS-based delivery to candidates at HKU, HKUST, CUHK, PolyU and CityU

Every year tens of thousands of candidates sit the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education (HKDSE) and apply for first-year places through the Joint University Programmes Admissions System (JUPAS). HKU, HKUST, CUHK, PolyU and CityU operate the strongest funded programmes. 4notify delivers admissions results, enrolment notices and scholarship reminders by SMS, push and email — paired with one-tap hall acceptance.

Preamble

Whereas, by virtue of the Education Ordinance (Cap. 279) and the institutional autonomy of the University Grants Committee-funded universities, it is hereby ordained concerning the delivery of admissions and enrolment notices in higher education.
