Preamble

Item 6 — Pursuant to the Communications Regulation (Postal Services) Act 2011 and the European Union (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights) Regulations 2013, this Annal is recorded concerning the normalisation and delivery of parcel events.

Carrier webhook normalisation

4notify ingests An Post, DPD Ireland, Fastway, DHL IE and GLS webhooks and converts them to a single envelope.

Pickup-point pre-confirmation

Customer SMS replies (SAFE YES) are captured and passed to the carrier API before delivery.

Out-for-delivery window

A two-hour delivery window opens with a notice 60 minutes ahead; a one-tap reschedule link is included.

Delivery confirmation with a photo-proof URL (where the carrier supports it); 28-day envelope retention.
