Israel moves tens of millions of parcels a year between the universal postal operator Israel Post (Doar Israel), automated locker networks and private couriers. 4notify normalises carrier-side events into a single envelope schema and delivers out-for-delivery, delivered and pickup-point notices with SMS keywords (CHANGE, PICKUP).

Carrier-webhook normalisation

4notify receives webhooks from Israel Post, the locker networks and private couriers; it converts them into a single envelope.

The customer's reply (PICKUP YES) is captured and forwarded to the carrier API before delivery.

Sent 60 minutes before a two-hour window opens; one-tap reschedule link.

Delivered + photo proof

Delivery confirmation with a photo-proof URL (where the carrier supports it); envelope custody for 28 days.
