Israel Railways, the Rav-Kav card and the light rail: mobility notices for the daily commuter

Hundreds of thousands of people use Israel Railways and the urban light-rail lines each day; the Rav-Kav card is the unified fare medium across bus, rail and light rail. 4notify integrates with open mobility data, Israel Railways and the light-rail operators and delivers disruption and balance notices to the customer's preferred channel.

Implementation
01

Open data + Israel Railways subscription

4notify subscribes to open mobility data and the Israel Railways feed; customer latency under 90 seconds.

02

Line / station preference

The customer saves a line (e.g. "Tel Aviv–Haifa") or a station pair; they receive only the disruptions that concern them.

03

Frequently asked questions
How fast do disruption notices arrive?

From the open-data feed to the customer's phone, the P50 is under 90 seconds; the Israel Railways feed may be slower due to the original source.

Can you subscribe to a single light-rail line?

Yes — the customer saves the Tel Aviv Red Line or the Jerusalem line and receives only the relevant disruptions.
