eUprava Serbia: citizen notifications, eAppointment, eDocument

eUprava (Republic of Serbia eGov Portal) is the central platform with over 1,500 electronic services. For firms and authorised intermediaries, 4notify integrates citizen notifications: medical appointments, court deadlines, state certificates.

Context

A changed request status (e.g. issued ID, ready certificate) often goes unnoticed in the portal. SMS/email notification brings citizens back to action.
