LPFR fiscal receipts: QR code delivery and customer confirmation
Since 2022, all retail outlets in Serbia must use LPFR (Local Fiscal Receipt Processor) or ESIR, delivering fiscal receipts with QR codes to buyers. 4notify enables fiscal e-receipt delivery via email and SMS with link to the Tax Administration PUR system.
Traditional receipt printing creates paper; e-delivery preferred if customer consent available. Many small shops still print due to lack of simple integration.
Technical specification of fiscal receipt and QR code.
LPFR/ESIR webhook
LPFR sends event with receipt_id, qr_url, amount to 4notify endpoint.
Email + SMS delivery
Email with PDF attachment and QR image; SMS with link to PUR.
Customer consent — opt-in
Customer provides number/email and confirms consent on LPFR screen. 4notify keeps consent ledger.
