Slovakia produces most cars per capita worldwide (~200 cars/1000 people yearly) via KIA Slovakia (Žilina), Volkswagen Slovakia (Bratislava), Stellantis (Trnava), Jaguar Land Rover (Nitra). 4notify handles supply chain notifications: JIT delivery alerts, recall events, quality control decisions.

Urgent recall: immediate. JIT delay: during target factory's business hours.
