Behavioral signals from email, SMS, and WhatsApp

Segment on engagement: 'opened the last 3 onboarding emails', 'never clicked an SMS', 'replied to a WhatsApp template'. These signals come from the same delivery stream that powers analytics, so there's no separate ETL to maintain.

Versioning, suppression, and exclusion lists

Every segment has a version history; you can roll back a faulty definition without losing the original. Permanent suppression and one-off exclusion lists (e.g. 'do not contact during dispute') apply globally and are honored by every send.
