MPP-aware open accounting

Opens are tagged as 'human', 'machine-prefetched', or 'MPP-proxy' so you can compare apples to apples. Reports default to a 'real opens' view, with the inflated number available if you need it for an executive deck.

Click attribution with link hashing

Each link is rewritten with a recipient-scoped token; clicks are deduplicated within a session, attributed to the specific message and step, and chained to downstream pageviews if you've installed the JS snippet.

Conversion stitching to your application

When a user clicks an email link and then makes a purchase or completes a goal in your product, we stitch the conversion back to the message that brought them in — even if hours or days passed. Works with any cookie-based or user-ID-based analytics setup.

Privacy-respecting defaults

Tracking can be disabled per-recipient, per-template, or per-jurisdiction. Recipients who opt out are excluded from open and click pixels at send time, not filtered after the fact — important for CCPA, CPRA, and emerging US state laws.
