MPP-aware open accounting
Opens are tagged as 'human', 'machine-prefetched', or 'MPP-proxy' so you can compare apples to apples. Reports default to a 'real opens' view, with the inflated number available if you need it for an executive deck.
Opens are not what they used to be. Apple Mail Privacy Protection inflates open counts for everyone using Apple Mail with the proxy on; corporate security gateways pre-fetch links and show false clicks; tracking pixels are routinely blocked. We surface these distortions instead of pretending they don't exist.
Each capability ships on the standard plan. Nothing in this list is an upsell or a separate product line.

Each link is rewritten with a recipient-scoped token; clicks are deduplicated within a session, attributed to the specific message and step, and chained to downstream pageviews if you've installed the JS snippet.
When a user clicks an email link and then makes a purchase or completes a goal in your product, we stitch the conversion back to the message that brought them in — even if hours or days passed. Works with any cookie-based or user-ID-based analytics setup.
Tracking can be disabled per-recipient, per-template, or per-jurisdiction. Recipients who opt out are excluded from open and click pixels at send time, not filtered after the fact — important for CCPA, CPRA, and emerging US state laws.
All tracking data is queryable from the same place you queue messages — there is no separate analytics product and no extra license required for the marketing or product team to look at the results.
Sender reputation, DMARC failures, and inbox placement in one dashboard.
Every send, retry, signature, and webhook delivery, searchable for the legally required retention period.
Detect deliverability drops, bounce spikes, and webhook failures before customers notice.
Reach customers on the channel they actually open — email, US-native SMS, WhatsApp Business, and any system you can point a webhook at.
Move beyond one-off sends. Trigger flows from product events, sequence messages across channels, and adapt copy to who is reading it.
