DMARC aggregate reports parsed and graphed

Daily aggregate (RUA) and forensic (RUF) DMARC reports from every receiver are decoded into per-source, per-disposition charts. Failures from a forgotten subdomain or a forwarded marketing tool surface within hours, not weeks.

Mailbox-provider breakdown

Bounce, complaint, and engagement rates are split by Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook/Hotmail, Apple iCloud, AOL, and corporate (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365). You see where reputation is degrading before it becomes a blanket spam-folder problem.

Inbox-placement signals from seed accounts

We maintain seed inboxes at major US ISPs and corporate filters; a sample of your transactional sends is BCC'd to them and the resulting folder placement is recorded. It's not a substitute for real recipient engagement, but it's an early warning when something has shifted overnight.

Blocklist monitoring with auto-delisting where possible

Every sending IP and your root domain are monitored against Spamhaus, SORBS, Barracuda, and the major corporate lists. If you land on one we can auto-delist from, we do; if it requires human review, we open the ticket with the receiver on your behalf.
