WhatsApp Business Platform integration for US-facing apps

WhatsApp's role in the US is narrower than in markets like Brazil or India, but for travel, healthcare and global B2B audiences it's the channel customers actually open. We integrate directly with Meta's Cloud API — no reseller markup, no opaque 'WhatsApp credits' system — and handle template submission, opt-in tracking and per-country price differences for you.

Capabilities you don't have to build, monitor, or babysit

Each capability ships on the standard plan. Nothing in this list is an upsell or a separate product line.

01

Direct Meta Cloud API connection

Your WhatsApp Business Account is owned by your company, attached to your Facebook Business Manager. We provision the phone number, complete display-name verification, and connect it to the platform without taking custody of your asset.

02

Template lifecycle without copy-paste

Templates are versioned in 4notify, submitted to Meta from the console, and tested against sample variables before they ever go to production. Rejected templates come back with the actual reviewer comment, not just 'rejected'.

03

Conversation-category pricing surfaced honestly

Utility, authentication, marketing, and service conversations are priced differently per country. We show the running cost per category and warn before a flow crosses into a higher-cost bucket — useful for marketing teams that drift toward 'utility' templates that don't actually qualify.

04

Two-way conversations with handoff to agents

Incoming messages can route to your CRM, helpdesk, or our built-in inbox via the same webhook bus that powers other channels. Session state, agent assignment, and read receipts are all available without writing a separate handler.

Where US customers actually use this

  • Appointment confirmations for telehealth visits and in-person follow-ups
  • Order pickup and delivery updates for retail and grocery
  • Travel itinerary changes, boarding pass delivery and disruption alerts
  • Authentication codes for users in countries where SMS deliverability is unreliable
  • Customer service that starts on web chat and continues on WhatsApp

Combined with the SMS gateway and transactional email service, WhatsApp gives you a true cascade: try the cheaper channel first, fall back automatically if a message doesn't deliver, all under one set of consent and audit-trail rules.

Move beyond one-off sends. Trigger flows from product events, sequence messages across channels, and adapt copy to who is reading it.

Deliverability & Observability

Know what happened to every message — and why — without piecing it together from carrier exports and inbox screenshots.
