Albania is more than coast — each protocol is a word of honour
In Albania, banks (BKT, Raiffeisen, Credins, Intesa, OTP) want PSD2 OTP in 3 seconds, the tourism sector in Sarandë / Vlorë / Ksamil handles 4M+ visitors yearly at 80% WhatsApp penetration, Albanian universities (UT, UPT, Aldent, Polis) manage 100k+ students, and the global diaspora (1.4M Albanians abroad) sends €1.5B in remittances.
All this in a country with three mobile carriers (Vodafone AL, One AL, ALBtelecom) and two key authorities: AKEP for telecoms and the Information Commissioner for Personal Data Protection. 4notify delivers SMS, email, WhatsApp, Viber, push and OTP with a signed audit trail for every message.
Each protocol in the registry — Albania's edition of the 4notify playbook — tackles one vertical: banking, IPS payments, tourism, AKEP compliance, universities, agri-exports, eAlbania NUIS, global diaspora. All bilingual sq/en. All with protocol number, sigil and one-click exportable delivery trails.

The protocol ledger — eight handbooks for Albania
From BKT margin calls to AKEP routing, from UPT tuition to diaspora remittances. Each protocol carries number and sigil.
