Preamble

Pursuant to the Railways Act 2003 article 23 (passenger information duty) and the AMBER Alert NL Decree, NS in consultation with ProRail and 9292 issues the following Notice.

NS Open Data + ProRail Push subscription

4notify subscribes to NS Open Data and ProRail disruptions feed; latency to customer <90 seconds.

Per-route preferences

Customers register commuter route (e.g. "Amsterdam Centraal → Utrecht Centraal"); only relevant disruptions sent.

AMBER Alert NL priority

AMBER Alert NL receives highest-priority routing; bypasses STOP suppression due to public safety.
