The Netherlands ships over 700 million parcels a year through five main networks: PostNL (universal service), DHL Parcel NL, Bol.com Fulfilment, DPD NL and DHL eCommerce. 4notify normalises carrier webhooks to a single envelope schema and delivers delivery alerts with reschedule options via SMS keywords (WO, NB, RS).
Pursuant to the Postal Act 2009 article 16 (PostNL universal service) and contractual relationships between senders and the named carrier networks, the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate Policy issues the following Notice on the normalisation and delivery of carrier events by 4notify.
Statutory delivery rights: 30-day delivery default, right to refund on non-delivery.
