Poland ships over 1.4 billion parcels a year through five main networks: Poczta Polska (universal postal service), InPost (Paczkomat operator — globally unique system with 25,000+ Paczkomat lockers), DPD Polska, DHL Polska and AlleKurier. 4notify normalises carrier-side webhooks to a single envelope schema and delivers Out-for-Delivery, Delivered and Paczkomat-PIN alerts with one-tap reschedule.

Preamble

Pursuant to the Postal Law of 23.11.2012 (Journal of Laws 2012 item 1529) and contractual relationships between senders and the named carrier networks, the Ministry of State Assets issues the following Notice.

Carrier webhook normalisation

4notify ingests Poczta Polska, InPost Paczkomat API, DPD Polska, DHL Polska and AlleKurier webhooks; converts to single envelope.

InPost Paczkomat 6-digit PIN

PIN delivery for Paczkomat opening; valid 7 days; extension option via SMS keyword.

Delivery + photo proof

Confirmation with photo proof (where carrier supports); 28-day envelope retention per CC art. 543.
