USOS, IRK enrolment, scholarships and university notifications for UW, UJ, PW, AGH, UMK and other Polish university students

1.2 million Polish students annually go through the IRK cycle (Internet Candidate Registration). USOS (University Study Service System) is the unified student platform used by 56 Polish universities. 4notify delivers enrolment decisions, dormitory allocations and scholarship notifications via SMS, push and email.

Pursuant to the Higher Education and Science Act of 20.07.2018 (Journal of Laws 2018 item 1668), the Ministry of Education and Science issues the following Notice.

USOS event subscription

4notify ingests USOS Hub events at university side; admission, conditional / unconditional / acceptance.

Two-channel decision delivery

Enrolment decisions: push (instant) + SMS (2-min fallback) + email (5-min fallback).

03

Scholarship reminders

Three academic scholarships annually (oct / jan / mar) with T-7 reminder; overpayment and recovery alerts.
